Bambinos Play Village – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bambinos Play Village!
We’re so happy you’ve chosen to visit our little play village. To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, please take a few minutes to read our Terms and Conditions before booking or visiting.

1. General Information

Bambinos Play Village is a small, calm play café designed for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. By booking a session or party with us, you agree to follow these terms. We may update them from time to time, so please check back for any changes.

2. Booking and Payments

• All sessions and parties must be booked in advance through our website or booking system.

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

• Bookings are non-transferable and only valid for the date and time selected.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, especially with little ones!

Stay & Play Sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booked session can be moved to another available date (subject to space).

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable and non-transferable, as your space could have been offered to another family.

Classes and Workshops:​

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booked session can be moved to another available date (subject to space).

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable and non-transferable, as your space could have been offered to another family.

Party Bookings:

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date.

• The remaining balance is due two weeks before the party.

• Cancellations made less than two weeks before the party date are non-refundable.

4. Supervision and Safety

• All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Our equipment is designed for children under 5 years old. Please make sure older siblings play gently if they attend.

• Socks must be worn in the play areas by both children and adults.

• We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if behaviour or play becomes unsafe or disruptive to others.

 

5. Health and Hygiene

• Please do not visit if your child is unwell or showing symptoms of illness.

• Hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue.

• Our play equipment and café areas are cleaned regularly for everyone’s safety.

 

6. Food and Allergies

• Only food and drink purchased at Bambinos Play Village may be consumed on the premises (unless pre-agreed for dietary or medical reasons).

• Please make us aware of any allergies when ordering.

• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, but we take every care to avoid cross-contamination.

 

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, Bambinos Play Village cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to personal belongings during your visit.
Play is at your own risk and under your supervision.
