Service Description
Every other Tuesday, we’re turning our upstairs room into a Tuff Tray Takeover! 🫧 Expect a room full of hands-on fun for your little ones to explore… from sensory play, messy play, Play-Doh, themed tuff trays and plenty more to get those little imaginations going! 💛 You can stay upstairs and enjoy it all. Our full café menu will be available, just pop downstairs to order and we’ll bring your food & drinks up to you ☕️ Are you one of our members? Why not play downstairs, then book on to enjoy some sensory tuff tray fun after your play session. The fun won’t end! ⭐️ Please note: children must be supervised by an adult at all times upstairs, as there won’t be a member of staff in the room. We can’t wait for you to come and explore! ✨

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance online. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings are non-refundable, but you may cancel your session and rebook to another date (subject to availability) if this is done at least 24 hours before your booked time. Please arrive promptly for your session - unfortunately, we can’t extend your time if you arrive late. Each booking admits one adult and one child unless otherwise stated. Additional children or babies can be added when booking (charges apply). Socks must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone who does not follow our play-area rules.
